Refund Policy

We at Chapman Education strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and products. We understand that circumstances may change, leading to the need for cancellations. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties while considering the financial commitments required for advance preparations. Please review our refund policy below:

Cancellation within 3 months: If you decide to cancel your order within 3 months prior to the scheduled date of the service or event, you are eligible for a full refund. We appreciate your early notice, which allows us to manage resources and make necessary adjustments.

Cancellation within 2 months: Should you need to cancel your order within 2 months before the scheduled date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. This partial refund reflects the expenses we've already incurred for preparations and planning.

Cancellation within 1 month: If circumstances change within 1 month of the scheduled date and you need to cancel, you will be eligible for a 25% refund. By this point, we have committed substantial resources to ensure a successful event, and this refund amount takes that into account.

Cancellation within 3 weeks: Unfortunately, if you cancel your order within 3 weeks of the scheduled date, we will not be able to provide a refund. The costs associated with last-minute cancellations prevent us from recovering the expenses incurred.

We understand that our refund policy may seem stringent, but it is based on the need to secure facilities, equipment, and personnel well in advance. Many aspects of our services require us to make financial commitments at least 2 months ahead of time, including facility rentals, catering arrangements, staffing, and equipment rentals. These commitments are necessary to ensure that we can deliver the high-quality experience you expect from us.

By adhering to this refund policy, we can continue to offer competitive pricing while maintaining the high standards of service that our customers deserve. We appreciate your understanding of the financial responsibilities involved in event planning and preparation.
